Nataša has more than 17 years of experience in strategic and digital marketing and digital transformation. She began her career at the global consulting house A.T. Kearney, where she worked for four years with the boards of all major companies in the region as well as Germany. As strategic director at Approach and Renderspac, and director of marketing and sales at IEDC Business School Bled, she focused her focus on digital transformation and digital marketing. Nataša founded Varea, a martech consulting agency, because she recognized the huge gap between what are market trends and the actual implementation and use of digital technologies in companies. Remaining true to her belief that business goals guide strategies and activities, she has assembled a team of experienced professionals who strive to make technological solutions really in the service of marketing and not the other way around. Nataša is an active member of the Marketing Society of Slovenia, where she was also a member of the Management Board and runs the Academy of Young Marketing Talent. In addition, she is co-founder of the innovative PLATFORM TALENTcloud for employee sharing between companies sponsored by AmChama. Nataša is a lecturer in Strategic Digital Marketing in postgraduate MBA studies at the University of New York and Prague and in the undergraduate studies at Gea Colleg.
