The Marketing Society of Slovenia has more than 700 members and a huge contact base. Due to the new GDPR guidelines and the desire to professionalize contact management, the client needed a tool that, on the one hand, will offer a simple CRM while enabling the processes of marketing automation. The goal of DMS is to increase the membership and readability of DMS records. With sharpspring, we automated certain processes to relieve the DMS team of repetitive administrative tasks on the one hand, and to increase user satisfaction on the other.
